1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of healthcare and medical products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Prescription medications or opened pharmaceutical products
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., masks, thermometers, syringes)
